The ownership was thanks to me guys! Haha! I called corporate on the old owner for being rude & misrepresenting their brand & company. Gave them specific examples & actually had them on speaker phone listening to how he spoke to his customers. Let's just say, they were NOT happy. I'm glad Shell did something about it.

A lot of gas reporter's due not change the mid grade and premium price, agree to whoever or whatever price was last done. Same group of people at most of the gas station in Hamilton.

The young man who provided service on my last visit was refreshing to encounter. Most employees who do his job that I have encountered do the bare minimum to complete the task but this man spoke to me in a courteous manner, smiled and even thanked me for my business. Customer service like this is rare these days and this encounter sealed the deal for me when choosing a favorite gasoline station. Because he made my day I congratulated him on the excellent service and tipped him more than I usually do when I purchase gasoline. He was a great hire!
