Unbranded in Toledo (3365 Monroe St)

To all the viewers and followers. my most brief review on this station is grated between a C or D . I hate no public restroom and how they put up the new burial drywall so customers can't get your own items or drinks. Sad to be public Station ! shopping location

cool spot for cheap gas

Nice station that is fairly new. Customer service needs some work. They always seem to be busy with their own business, not their job. I'm not trying to be hard on them I understand that if they were paid more and treated with more respect than people give them, they would probably want to be more productive at work. Some customers and management have spoken extremely poorly to cashiers while I was waiting in line. I used to stop here daily after work and would see the same customers causing trouble for the employees... Management never stepped in to help or defend their people! Keeping that type of business is not worth the trouble for the money they may bring to the store. Personally, I spent money at this station with only please and thank you. Unfortunately, I was usually treated like I was interrupting their conversation 🤔
