Terrible customer service! Will never stop here again. Man at register was too busy with something in his hands to look up from what he was doing at acknowledge me. The pumps were not taking my Exxon points card and when I tried to ask him about it he just asked me how much I wanted to put in the car. I told him I wanted to fill up and he said “we don’t turn pump on”. He was disengaged and quite obviously did not care wether he got the business there or not. I went to my car and drove across the street to Shell where the pump was on and the gas was flowing. I hope he saw me because he was rude and doesn’t need to have anything to do with customer service.

had to keep switching pumps to find one that had working card reader, touch screen and pump. I gave up and left

Today was the third time in three visits that the pump rejected my card. While I am a loyal Exxon user I will never stop here again to buy fuel.

Staff doesn't require masks, almost every time we stop for gas & a bathroom break on our several trips a month traveling between Austin & Houston there's always at least one or more customers without a mask & employee sometimes not wearing a mask properly covering BOTH nose & mouth.

this is a very clean wonderfully maintained gad station---!!
