Shell in Big Spring (704 W IH-20)

Terrible. Pumps don’t work. Rude service. No public rest rooms.

Just stopped in to do the rating, but well lit & clean for sure.

Poor clerk didn’t know how to activate pumps on diesel side even though that’s where she was working. Got it going after about 10-12 min. Train your people properly.

this is a nice little travel stop on the way home. has popeye's and subway!
