Phillips 66 in St Louis (4347 S Broadway)

There is always a bunch of people hanging around and if you don't spend a certain amount and pay with your debit card, they want to charge you an extra fee for using your debit card and not spending that certain amount

This station is awesome. They carry any piece of paraphernalia you could think of! If you don't know then you don't know so I wouldn't recommend being there late in the night.
