Esso in South Lancaster (20387 Cr 34)

Very busy service center, very unorganized at the pumps, should only have one way in and out. Runs out of paper receipts at the pumps to often and that makes you go inside to get your receipt. And you because theirs Always a line up for lottery tickets. Hate it

awfull raise there gas prices by 7-10 cents a liter as night falls and surrounding stations close then in the a.m bring prices back down to.match others thats just taking advantage of people.

I used Speedpass+ app to fill up the gas. It shows pump is authorized on my mobile and pump screen but then manager on duty cancelled it. I called the person outside to help me and the answer i received was "I am too busy, if you want to fill up a gas come inside or you can leave". I went inside showed him the screen that says pump is authorized and then he told me in rude and loud tone that i had to reboot the system so may be its cancelled. I simply asked why did you not give me the reason before and i would have done the transaction again. He started yelling and told me i told you before. Which he never did and then he told me i am the manager here so even if you want to escalate i am the one so if you want to fill up the gas then do the transaction again or you can leave. I was very angry and pissed. He is not a manager specially when he does not know how to talk to customer and how to handle the situation. For me this was the last time at this gas station and will advise anyone

terrible. bad gas same as at mcewen station.

will never go again... understaffed long waits and horrible service

Extremely disorganized. Staff standing at front discussing lord knows what, but certainly were not dealing with customers. We are local and use this station to collect points. We have gone to another gas station for the superior customer service and forgo our points as well no pay at pump.

More staff would help

Time to fix bathrooms!

3/4 washrooms were not working. Sinks blocked. Always disgusting here with a MacDonalds restaurant on site it should be clean & functioning. Hate this gas stop
