I stopped to get $10 in gas with my debit card. The reader on the pump wouldn't work and told me to "Please see cashier" so I dragged (not literally) my 4 kids out of the van in 90+ degree weather, got inside and was told I had to go back out, pump, then come back inside to pay with my debit card!! Even though the reader outside is SUPPOSED to take debit cards. So, I dragged my kids back outside and had to have them stand in the heat while I began pumping the gas... I get to $10 and the pump wouldn't shut off, the handle was stuck, I tried jiggling it, squeezed on it harder to see if it would release, but no, so I lifted it a bit and in my frustration, pulled a bit too far and the nozzle came out spraying gas all over my hand and van. Luckily it then shut off when I stuck it back in to continue putting the gas I didn't want at the time, in my tank. So I only wound up going $2 over what I had intended on getting (with some on my van and ground). , the cashier was a bit rude toned when
