Shell in Rocky Mount (701 S Wesleyan Blvd)

Visits to this station are always 'hit or miss'. Some employees are outgoing and friendly. However, some barely say 'thank you', which is a far cry from making you feel welcome there. Also seems some employees may not be trained well - anything other than normal transactions, (like purchasing gift cards), obviously cause confusion to some employees and become time-consuming. 99% of these instances result in employee eventually asking for supervisor's assistance, in which case transaction has to be voided & started from beginning. This is especially frustrating when you're in a hurry.

always say the shell reward card is not working. And their prices never match at the pumps. cash or credit

Great staff remarkable people I go here everyday cause I don't get attitudes and the staff wants to make sure all customers are happy

Horrible staffing very racist

Maintains the cheapest gas prices. Always consistent!
