Shell in Kernersville (1580 NC-66)

This is my local gas station next door to my apartment complex & I like to fill up her. It feels safe & the pumps pump fast.

I buy all my gas at this location. There is one lady there, an older lady that never ever smiles. She is hateful. I am 76 years old and I get gas there every week and I pay cash so that means I have to go in twice. 0nce to ask them to turn the pump on and again to go back in to pay. She must be a miserable person. I wish she would smile or speak. The other people are ok. There is a little short man and he is friendly and works all the time. There are some girls in there and they are always very nice and helpful

Station is close to Interstate & is convenient.

Poor customer service. Employees on phones while helping customers. Not going there anymore!
