BP in Hickory (2614 N Center St)

Went today. They had gas, however , every single pump had the credit card slot taped up with a note. Note said, pay inside! I lifted up the tape n put my credit card in and it worked , no problem. I did not get a receipt. I went inside and asked for my receipt to be printed. Clerk/owner yelled at me and asked me "how I got gas". I held up my credit card n told him on my card. He was visibly angry and said " can't you read the sign, the electricity to the credit card thingy is not working. I said, well, good news it is. He literally stared me down and yelled again at me. I finally got my receipt n told him he is probably ripping people off! He followed me out of the store into the parking lot and confronted me and yelled " what did you say" I told him "you heard what I said". He literally was pissed! I absolutely believe he is somehow manipulating the pumps and ripping people off. He was not happy that I used the credit card reader. My opinion people! Just try your credit ca
