A premium, top tier gas station where gas is always between $4 and $5 bucks yet they cannot provide paper receipts at the pump. Frequently a pump is inoperative for long periods. The typical response to a question or complaint is the “shoulder shrug “ with a “not my problem attitude.” This is not a “service” station, it’s a “do it yourself” station. I once worked at a SERVICE STATION in 1966. A customer drove his car in and stoped at the gas pumps. Two to three service attendants, in a uniform, would come out and greet the customer and pump their gas, check their oil and fluid levels, remove hot radiator caps and add water, adjust proper tire inflation, wash their windshield , clean the bugs off the bumper, and after they paid from the seat of their car their change was returned with S&H green stamps. Oh, gas was fluxuating under .30 cents a gallon, pure gas! Company profits were only millions...not billions! Something is wrong with this picture.
