They lost thier Mobil license and now it is some generic alliance gas station. With all the construction going on here for the past month or two I wonder if they are having system issues that didn't meet mobile standards so they got blocked.

This station owner might be a cheater by selling you less gasoline with a uncalibrated pump. That's why the gas price is as low as Costco. Someone reported pumping 23 gallons into 20 gallons tank. After complaining, he reimbursed $10.
