Shell in Norton Shores (4185 Grand Haven)

Only can a receipt outside for gas from about two of the 6 pumps. Always out they say, but that’s not the case.

Decent neighborhood Shell station; fuel rewards worked but receipt printer didn’t.

It's okay. This was the best price in the entire area, only beat by Fremont. However, the first pump I tried (closest to road) wasn't working at all and there wasn't anything to show that it was broken. Had to pull to another pump, however with the price being 20 or so cents cheaper than everywhere else, it was still worth it.

I like this station but they don't have the receipt print out you have to go inside so I don't get one.

Needs updating

lighting is good, sometimes employees smoke close to the entry door.

Went to use my savings reward card for fast rewards and there machine never seems to work right and one worker is always on his phone as your checking out kinda rude

Pumps are always out of paper gift receipts, squeegee buckets rarely have anything in them, and station is closed numerous times at night for no reason.

My favorite gas station.

Always have to see clerk for the receipt.
