Hi, The largest refinery in the Great Lakes had a significant disruption over a week ago. With that refinery being larger than the next two combined, it has caused the local wholesale supply to disconnect from the crude oil benchmark that is reported on the news. Over the past week there have been multiples product runouts at the terminals and we wanted to make sure we didn’t run out of fuel for our valued Q-Rewards customers. Over the past three and a half years, we have not raised prices without sending a text alert to our Q-Rewards members to give them an opportunity to buy at a significant discount, typically netting the price to what our members would pay prior to raising the price.
