Shell in Fort Washington (7501 Allentown Rd)

Station is closed for repairs and has been for some time so how can you still post prices and changes on a daily basis???

The station's fuel pumps just reopened. The station is small, more of a quick stop if you're getting gas. There's an auto repair area adjacent to it, but I've never used it. Overall, it's not a bad place. Gas prices ate reasonable.

When you have 20% or 30% off on your Giant rewards, you only received 10% off at the pump. When I asked why I was not getting the 20% or 30% as it was inside the store. The Cashier said that she did not know. This happened to me 3 times, so I recommend that you find another Shell station.

Bad customer service. They expect not to use the bathroom while you are paying them to get car service. They use the bathroom but, won't let you use the bathroom. I've been here twice and the same story.

The gas station is small and it offers lottery, snacks, and a auto service center. Employees are nice every time I've went there.

I had a problem at the pump with a grocery store awards. The store clerk explained what happened and gave recommendations on what to do the next time.

This Station has the lowest price within 5-10 miles of the 95/495 beltway. The other shell station in Oxon hill Rd, 210 Indian Head are very high/ overpriced
