Kroger in Streator (2399 N Bloomington St)

The store does not give the discount price posted on their sign for paying cash. I was told to contact the cooperation office. Please don't advertise something you aren't willing to follow through on. I notified other customers that pulled up to get gas that they wouldn't give cash price. I will never go to this station in Streator, Illinois again and recommend everyone to boycott it!
