Phillips 66 in Marshall (1804 N IL-1)

Says it’s open 24 hours and it’s not.

I got off work late at night the door said they were open until 10 PM it was five till I pay at the pump so I logged in I got my pump number I put the number in the pump and it started to turn on just as I got the gas nozzle to my car it only trickle in but it ran the money up and then it quit. I went up to the door it was locked but the guy was inside said he was close now and there was nothing he could do to help me even though the meter had ran some money up but I got no gas. He must have shut the pumps off just after I inserted my code number to get gas. Not real happy at all with this place. I would like a phone call about how we should handle this.

Right on Route 1 across from McDonalds. Easy access.
