Shell in Katy (1350 Pin Oak Rd)

The cashiers are very rude. It seems they don't know how to fix mistakes on the register when they make them. If they make a mistake they say they can't refund or cancel a transaction, well I'm not going to pay for something I did ask for.

Extremely slow pumps. Takes a very long time to fill up. Especially a diesel truck with a 36 gallon tank.

Advertised $1.84 cash gas price. Went inside and paid with cash and still was charged the $1.94 non cash price. Man was very unfriendly and was talking on his phone while ringing up transaction.

Owners don't seem to care about good customer service. They must think that since their competition is far enough away, they don't have to try to be decent. I don't go here anymore

Convenient location. Clean.

Just drove by and it looks ok. Next time I’ll stop and go in for a coffee.

Prices are way to high but this station is very well lit and feels safe.
