Shell in Houston (535 FM-1960)

This station on gas buddy DOESNT REPORT prices correctly. some days when entered it works, other days it SUBTRACTS HILLARIOUS...

The car wash is awful. I paid for the Super wash and half way through the wash it stopped. I went inside to tell the worker and ask if she can reset the machine so we could finish the wash, she said that you can't do that and I would have to pay for a whole new wash. I wasn't happy about that but did attempt to pay at the machine for another wash since the car was wet , but the machine wouldn't take my payment. In addition the car wash is older as stated by the employee. Paid $14.00 for nothing .

On my visit the the greater Houston area, my visit to this particular station location was cleaned, and employees were very helpful.

I just paid $30 for gas but nothing came out of the pump. Now I've gotta go somewhere else for gas and pay again.
