This Shell located on Western Center and Riverside is awful on customer service. Not sure if there's some racism going on but I have gone in there over the period of approx 10 years thinking that maybe attitude has changed and it hasn't. I'm a big believer that when customer service is above average speak up and when customer service is below to speak up. Will not be getting any of my business.
Pumps have many defects, false promotional pricing posted and not honored, broken tamper tape at every pump, out of date calibration inspections, many reports of stolen card numbers from this location. Sketchy sketchy sketchy.

Do not believe this place has unl88 or e15 as its know. People on here dont read its e85 so make sure your veh is compatible before you make the trip all the way over here
