management sucks took 7 days to get pack of cigarettes that i got charged for i told them 2 packs and got charged for 3 i went back everyday for 7 days and they said they need to watch the videos and half the time could find the manager. like really it took 7 days. on the 7th day i finally told the manager i wasnt leaving till she watched the video and i got the pack of cigarettes i paid for but never got. the manager jony got all aggrevated with me and was like fine ill go do it now. it took 2 min. as she was like you were right. you only got 2 but then when she went to give me the pack she just threw them at me. and was like there. what a horrible manager. the rest of the staff are really nice and friendly
