when a customer tells an employee that the bathroom needs cleaning, don't tell them that nothing can be done until the morning. I was there from 3pm to 4am the next day. Everything looked the same from the previous shift.

Pump is slow filling! Restrooms out of order! No windshield wiper supplies!
