Shell in Columbus (1000 W Broad St)

The neighborhood definitely Isn't Mayberry--but worth the risk if you want the cheapest Shell gas in Columbus.

This gas station is shady but it always has the lowest gas price among all the Shells in Columbus. I always just do a quick pump of gas and go. It's great.

Rough neighborhood. Someone usually ask for money when I'm there.

I have shell rewards program and they did not honor the discount properly. One time I went in and found $100 charge on my card after I left on top of 30 some dollars of gas I put in my tank for real. It was later removed so I'm thinking someone at that station is stealing. The guys who own it run it are shady. I asked for my money back the last time I went in because they don't know what they're doing and their system fails I believe on purpose one of those places where they run your card twice and double charge you or steal your credit card number.

Yes, shady area; get and go. Low prices, usually confronted by someone wanting money. Daytime trips only!

gas station is very dirty, there is trash everywhere. The area is rough neighborhood, cheap gas though for Shell.

They upgraded there pumps and lighting!

I wouldn’t go to this place after dark. Some pumps work, some don’t it’s always folks sitting around in the parking lot.

I always look to see if my fuel points r on there b4 i remove pump went bk told the attendant he said nothing & jst started waiting on next customer as if i wasnt there. Dirty inside outside & BAD customer service. Day time only!
