I use Gas Buddy almost every day for both regular gasoline as well as for diesel. I often will call the station to confirm that the price listed on this app is accurate as well as to confirm their street address. I called this station today and the man whom answered the phone was very rude and condescending. First I asked if the station sells diesel at the pump. He confirmed. Then I asked what is the price per gallon of diesel at the pump. He got an even worse tone and gave me serious attitude. He spoke to me in a very accusatory tone and said, "That is a Very Strange Question!". My goal was only to gather that information & my mom always taught me "You get more bees with honey" (now That's truly a strange statement). Instead of matching his crudeness I cheered up my already pleasant tone and explained to the cranky employee that I try to get accurate information before driving somewhere I've never been and that I like to get the best price.
