Parked cars in front of gas pumps :(

Gas pumps blocked by parked cars. Not selling gas. Posted price would be for cash, full service, if they were selling gas. They should take the price signs down.

This gas station seems to be closed. I visited on Apr 29, 2019 and there were no lights, no working pumps. Tons of cars parked around the gas pumps. I'm guessing some sort of renovation. I also called several times but no one has responded yet.
