Shell in Smyrna (2001 Windy Hill Rd SE)

How can you allow employees to smoke at the registers? Now I smell like an ashtray. Nasty store

I had a horrible experience at this gas station on Sunday. The pump was not functioning properly. I tried to get the manager (older gentlemen) to help me. It got hung up on the words "one moment please" which kept my credit card vulnerable for someone else to use it if I drove off. The man refused to cancel the transaction. I went outside after he said many rude and insulting words to me in front of my young son, and tried to cancel it to no avail. I asked a man to go inside and try to speak to him on behalf, and he insulted him as well. Multiple people told me to call the police after hearing his tirade, which I did. After the police pressured him to do something, he finally turned off the pump saying, "other people had problems earlier." It's a shame that he would not something until the police made him. I don't recommend anyone go to this gas station, especially women.

Was able to get in and out quickly.

Not the cleanest but organized and quick service. I can't complain. Quality gas.

The man behind the counter couldn't tell me how much my gas would be if I wanted mid grade but I was using cash no card. If regular gets a cash discount why doesn't midgrade
