Shell in Frankfort (7654 W US-30)

loyalty cards NEVER!!!! work at this station. what's the point stopping here?

I asked a service rep what was the price of regular gas and she said the policy was that they don't give prices over the phone. I call other Circle K's all over and they give me the prices. What makes this one so special?

Hose split while I was pumping gas. Gas was spraying all over and the station did nothing about it.

Gas was suppose to be 3.81 we got for 3.87 only took off a nickel instead of .11 cent.

Shell pay needs to be activated.

Economical prices, but could maintain windshield washers and pay at pump receipts better

Very poor parking with cars blocking entry and pumps in front of station. Need no parking in front of station.
