Very friendly staff. My only complaint is that the store seems so cluttered

I went in and asked for $20 on pump #1. The clerk didn't ask any questions. I wanted to use my shell rewards number. He just gave me a receipt. I said what happened to entering my rewards number. He said it's too late you have to tell me first. What has happened to customer service!?? Good customer service must be a thing the past. I won't return to shell. Their rewards aren't worth the hassle!

Well maintained
