Shell in Calgary (2020 16th Ave NE)

This station hikes their prices by 6 cents every night when the other stations nearby are closed. Avoid them after midnight.

Very rude and gas prices are way too high compared to others in the neighbourhood by at least $.12 

Price gouging. The price at the next station is routinely up yo $.10/litre cheaper. Today it is $.06 a litre cheap. This is the 1st station visible from the road as you enter Calgary from the East.

Uniquely situated on Highway 1, just east of the QE2, easy to access for Northeast locals as well as anyone passing through. Prices aren't stellar (it's Shell), but they only go up as you move West, even in the vicinity of Calgary. But: 24 hours, premium diesel (all of Shell's pump offerings, at least in this region, as far as I know), AMA discount and Air Miles, and even more benefits via the app, just like any other Shell worth visiting in the city. Just particularly convenient in it's combination of location and offerings. If you ever fill up at Shell, keep an eye on this station whenever it would be a suitable stop on your travels.
