Esso in Calgary (1201 1st St SE)

I stop here as it is conveniently located on the east end of downtown Calgary. Well lit, the washer fluid and squeegee are always available. Can get my gas quick and easily with no fuse. There is homeless people usually hanging around the lot but they have never come up to ask for money or disturbed me. I like that there is a automatic car wash on site as well. Can choose options on the screen at the pump to get a car wash done while paying for your gas which is really convenient

Wow. First time here. Last time here. Tried to pay at the pump. Didn't work. So had to go inside. TWICE. First time I went in. Pre authorized the amount. Hi back to my pump to get gas. Nothing. Tried multiple times. Tried the intercom / asked for help but hey. Why answer. Had to go back in AGAIN. And then back to my pump and was able to get gas. What a crap show. So much for convenience.
