Shell in Spanaway (15905 Pacific Ave)

I am never able to ge any of the clerks here to give me my fuel rewards. even though there are advertisements all over the pumps and store, the clerks are generally rude and say they dont know anything about the rewards program. thus, another tank of fuel paid at full price and still. no fuel reward points. I'm not coming back to this shell station again. I'll be sure to let everyone in my family know this as well. poor service! these guys seem to really hate Americans! go figure. SMH
