Multiple pumps not working at any time, so the rewards discount is not a motivating reason to stop there.
The pumps and inside do not give Fuel Reward discounts on their own (Shell) Fuel Rewards card. Cashier had no idea why or how to remedy. The fountain drinks have no ice and are warm.
