I am going to try to break a very long story into 3 or 4 easy parts. Please read this entire review before taking your car back to Delta Sonic. What Happened: On July 8th of 2019 I took my near new Audi in for an interior and exterior cleaning. When the car was returned to me at the end of the exterior portion, there were severe scratches to the rear passenger fender. I notified the manager, who took a report, filed a "claim" and assured me that they would be able to verify the damage via "a series of high resolution cameras that photograph every car". He advised the claim process would take approximately 5 day. The manager proceeded to take numerous photos of the damage before we left. I also provided the manager a view of the car from us leaving the house capture on our security footage showing the car undamaged prior to the car wash (picture attached). Delta Sonic on Brewerton Rd. Mattydale/N. Syracuse fuel prices are always lower by .20 to .40 cents. Today 12/11/2022 Brewerton cost $2.99 and Erie Blvd. Dewitt is $3.42. Therefore, Dewitt Delta Sonic is a rip off compared to Mattydale Delta Sonic.
