Shell in Visalia (450 W Caldwell Ave)

This station is also owned by the same owner of AM-PM on Lover's Lane near Noble, Visalia. I've complained many times about them rarely (almost never) having receipt paper in the machine!! You are forced to walk inside to request a receipt. I'm an older disabled woman who has great difficulty walking. I always want a receipt, so no matter how far away I'm parked from the doors, I have to walk inside for my receipt. I think they do this on purpose in hopes that everyone will buy something to eat or drink. This is a scandalous business practice so I'm avoiding getting gas at any Visalia AM-PM station. I advise family and friends to go somewhere else!!! Terrible customer service.

There's always someone to help with filling up the tank and they don't act like its the end of the world. I'm handicapped and the smile and willingness to help brightens my day, and the gas prices are always cheapest here.

Male clerks are rude & make me feel uncomfortable. It just has a few gas pumps. The only positive is that it's located next to Scotty's Donuts. I avoid going here. Definitely never after dark.
