ARCO in Woodburn (850 Lawson Ave)

They are across the street from chevron with regular gas for 2.58. All arco's signs except diesel, which is competitive, say 888. This seems underhanded so I went out of my way to post the prices so Gas Buddy users, at least, would know up front about the difference in price.

This place dose a pretty good job ripping you off by not posting prices. They were charging 6.49 a gallon wile across the street is 4.39. Just be aware of the price.

This station was on KEZI news tonight for price gouging. $6.69/gal, $3.00 more than the Chevron across the street.

Paid $1 more at this station than I would have at Chevron. I've always gone to ARCO stations as they usually have the best price in town. They didn't advertise the price on their readerboard/sign when we got gas there. Today 3/10/22 I noticed the out signs up over their prices sign. Clearly trying to hide how much they are hiking prices up. Shady business tactic.

wife stop for gas, wow should of stopped any where else. Talk about price gouging. no price signs where you can see them. Don't stop at this Arco.

They purposely misadvertise with an 888 on their sign (as if their sign is broken) and then charge $.25more per gallon than next door chevron, claiming it is higher quality gas. Not buying it.

Predatory business I purchased a fill up with free car wash on 6/27/2024. Prior to heading there, I checked gas buddy, which listed the price per gallon of $3.89. The Lawson Blvd Arco station did not advertise their prices on their reader board, only their free car wash with a fill up. I filled with regular unleaded and was shown the part of the receipt that showed the $13 free car wash I was told I would receive with an 8 gallon purchase. I went through the car wash and then looked at my receipt and saw that I was charged $6.69 per gallon! I confronted the store employee and she told me they can charge whatever they want, and they are only required to advertise on the pump. I checked the Gas Buddy price again shortly after I left and it was $3.81 per gallon. I am reporting their price gouging to the Oregon attorney generals office. 

The Venus Fly Trap Gas Station! Lures you in with Arco name and then gouges you at the pump with $6.69-$6.89 per gallon gas prices - and they’re not posted on their sign! $3 per gallon MORE than Chevron across the street. Fooling those unsuspecting people who hand them a card to fill up without looking at the price.

They hid the gas prices. You assume Arco is less expensive than the surrounding higher end stations, but it is more expensive

The board advertising gas prices is down. The prices here are disproportionate to the surrounding area.
