ARCO in Mira Mesa (9320 Mira Mesa Blvd)

DO NOT TRUST THE PRICE LISTED! SKIP THIS STATION! They are consistently reporting their price at 50-80 cents less than their actual price. Several honest people who live around the station try to correct the price but within hours, someone (always the same user names) go in & report the prices as much lower.

False low prices. Reported the correct $1 _higher_ prices last night, and someone has falsified them again. Cannot rate them lower!

Found customer service to be little un welcoming and stores was not well kept.

The employees closed the store locked themselves in there and won’t tell customers why the store is closed. One guy said staff went “on break” that’s why they closed.

Prices are corrupt. Owner must be cheating has buddy because updated prices are not reported. Had is about $1 more than shown.

After spending $250.00, they denied my the use of bathroom. They have an illegal restriction on time of use for restroom. I have a fleet of 7 trucks that i fill every day with arco. I'm considering another brand to get exceptional service thanks to these morons. The cashier made me wait 10 minutes till the time they allow the use of bathroom. This station is 24 hours. I asked the manager if they can allow me to use the restroom. She said it's for paying customers I explained I was pumping $250. She still denied me the bathroom. I demonstrated my frustration by demanding an explanation. Then I demanded a receipt. They denied me even that. I never had an experience like this at arco. This place sucks. I would never go back. It looks like they have a drug problem at this location but that is not my problem. I was a customer. Very bitter people that work here. The manager is very unprofessional and you can see how that runs on the employees. Horrible, very horrible!
