Kroger in Bellaire (400 28th St)

The lady working there was very nice and helped me bc I am disabled. She also gave my dog a few treats, which of course made him happy!!

Convenient place to buy gas. Best price around. Stays competitive by adjusting their prices to beat the competition.

How do they raise the price 40 cents per gallon? Freaking gouging us! That's not right.

This chain gas station is okay. Some drinks and snacks but no inside store.
