I dont really stop at pilot gas station and this pilot gas station is the bigger ones. the store clerks was very nice and they had smiles on their faces and they treating me good.
This place is like a 2nd home. I can hang out and shower, do what I need to do as far as grabbing a snack, getting a nice cold drink, or topping my tank! Plus the customer service is WONDERFUL!!!
Good clean all around gas station with all the supplies you need plus a Subway and Dunkin' Donuts
Staff is friendly and seems to know the truckers that frequent this location. I told them someone was in the lot requesting "money to get home to mama" and knew this individual would pop up at several gas stations along the highway to do the same. They kindly approached her and asked her to move along
Convenient location but usually busy.

You cannot use your rewards points at the pump. You have to go inside. This is for either the Kroger points or the Fuel rewards. I have emailed corporate shell and they can't fix it. Owner is cheap and doesn't want you to get better pricing.

They only have one price for gas, this is confusing. For example, reg, med grade, and premium are all the same price, so if you only put premium in your car, but the price is the same is regular, am I actually buying regular grade under the premium button??
