prices at this gas station are usually pretty high

The road in front of the station is under construction; therefore, it's a little congested. There are a number of rough areas in the station which makes it more difficult for a large RV. We did get fueled up in an 41' RV but it was not a smooth surface.

This station does take advantage of its location. Ethanol free at Loaf and Jug as well, but $2.87 instead of $3.10 just down the street.

No ethanol, all pure gasoline here, hence the higher prices than other stations in town. 85, 88 and 91 octane available.
