Usually quick in and out. Prices are generally the best in Albany. I buy diesel so I don't have to wait for an attendant. BTW, pretty much all diesel in Oregon is 20% bio (B20) now, so you can't really complain about any particular station. State law exempts B20 from the 34 cent per gallon state fuel tax, so if you can find non bio, you're going to pay more.
They have B20!, except not now. Pumps and tanks being worked on, so no diesel for a few daze
