Shell in Georgetown (101 Outlet Center Dr)

pumps have not been able to read cards for weeks... they want you to go in and prepay...so no way to fill tank or use Pay Buddy...Staff was more interested in talking to friends that were visiting than to help Customers..Strongly suggest Use another Station

card readers are typically NOT working. scanners (POS readers) inside don't typically accept the Driver ID with the GasBuddy card, so we get cheated our additional discount

the outside card readers are down and it will not except my gas buddy card inside.

No receipt in machine for gas. Have to go inside have a small child so it's a hassle taking out of car seat and then inside when it should be in machine for good customer service

Card reader has been broken forever!

This Shell has good prices but poor pumps. Something is ALWAYS wrong with their pumps. No receipts or card readers not working or any number of other things. The pump computers are always slow as Xmas. Don't think you'll fill quickly ever at this station. Prices are cheap for a reason. Nobody would buy there otherwise.

The cashier was really friendly and the station is always clean

the lady behind the counter exceptionally nice, but the store seems a little small. all in all it wasn't too bad
