Thorntons in Louisville (2000 7th Street Rd)

This Thorntons is dirty asf. Avoid unless you have to go there, they are trifling and the restrooms make port a pottys at the state fair look clean!

their sign says diesel is $2.49 but the pump charges $2.69...plus it's not covered so you get soaked in the rain. AND she won't let you in without a mask on but SHE'S NOT wearing one.

could be cleaner and friendlier

The parking lot is dirty and the restroom as well. I told a service member and she told me to go somewhere else if I wanted toilet paper, because she’s busy.

Need to clean a little. And the blue light in restroom needs to go. I feel like it's my turn to be killed by jigsaw (SAW) every time I walk in there.

Employees are awesome! Lot is sometimes dirty but mostly because of disrespectful customers throwing their trash down. Same with the inside of the store especially at the fountain drink station...ppl don't care! Feel bad for the stuff the staff puts up with especially the night shift.
