pumps do not work right

currently has a majority of pumps out of order

A lot of homeless. Gas pump not working very well.

pump #4 dead pump #6 took card no gas dispensed pump #8 gas trickles very slow homeless guy walking around shouting very sketchy

highly trafficked area with homeless people and drug users.

No Shell Pay available to use at the pump. Tried paying in store to use the Shell Pay QR code in the app that didn’t work either. The clerk was upset too that it wasn’t working & kept giving an error message. This is the only Shell station around here anymore for some reason.

Easy access from the highway.

Terrible dirty bathroom

Not enough cashiers, I had to wait in line 15-20 min to the back of the store, and then the cashier argued with me over my loyalty card. The aisles are not wide enough, seems dirty, clientele creepy, strange people outside, and beggars on the street. I refuse to go inside. Half the time the pumps have only premium gas, and I can hardly see print on the pump's screen. The only reason I go there is that I get 15 cents off per gallon with my loyalty card. If somewhere else is cheaper without the card, I will not stop here.
