I live near Pilot and frequently stop here. They have excellent coffee. The staff is always friendly. The restrooms are always clean. The only downside and this is no fault of Pilot is some of the truck drivers. Some of these drivers are just flat out disgusting . They dispose of their trash in the bushes or on the fuel Islands even though there are garbage cans all over. They urinate in bottles and toss them anywhere without regard for anyone. Given the fact that this location is open 24 hours a day the staff does an excellent job of maintaining the store with merchandise as well as the cleanliness. Keep up the good work.

Dude at the counter did not honor cash price advertising. when shown the cash price listed. basically looked at me and laughed and said it was 269 or nothing.
