Called to get some assistance and was hung up on due to her having a long line. The second time I called she didn’t assist me and preceded to say I have a long line I don’t know. I need to get to this long line and hung up again. I then called a third time to be directed to a manager and he said we can’t give you gas prices over the phone and that’s probably why she hung up. I let him know she didn’t even give me a chance to ask the question. He said okay well we don’t tell people over the phone. I said okay so all stores run on this policy he said yes. I let him know she could have said that and I wouldn’t have bothered to call back. Easy peasy. He had an attitude, responded yes well she didn’t have to. Then I asked if he was a manager (yes I pulled that card because this didn’t need to escalate to this point over a simple question) he answered yes. I asked for his name in which he decided to respond with I don’t give my name over the phone. Hahahaha laughable moment however I was not

clean for a 24 hour station.

The station is great, but a lot of times it is so crowded, you have to wait in line for a pump to open.
