Only have to go inside and buy something for 1.50. I bought a Mtn dew. Gas for 2.59 per gallon. I saved 10.00

don't judge this place by its appearance. a honest local family owns and runs this small gas stations and they are the only ones in the city not ripping people off on jacked up Gas Prices

Everyone saying this is the cheapest gas but if you think about it. IT IS NOT!! Just another scam to get you to buy something you wouldn’t buy in the first place. There gas is .20 cheaper than Costco BUT you have to go in and buy something worth $3 to get the .20 discount. My car takes 15 gallons of gas so if I was filling up I would get the 3.99 gas with a purchase of $3. If you think about it, Costco gas is 4.20 if you add up the 3.99x15 gallons which I would need to fill up, would be $59.85 PLUS THE $3 YOU HAVE TO SPEND TO GET THE DISCOUNT adds up to 62.85. Now going to Costco and getting gas at $4.20x15 equals $63. So in actuality I would only be saving 15 cents. This is all a mind trick. You’re really not saving anything when you are forced to make a purchase first.

In order to receive the $3.95 gas price, you MUST make a purchase inside the store first. Is that legal?

The owner or manager continues to put up the wrong price on gas buddy to trick people into coming to their gas station which is in fact always above average compared to the other gas stations around it don't get tricked into coming here gas is never as cheap as it says on gas buddy

Seems illegal for them to be under a corporate name but running their business with a bait and switch mind game. I think they should be turned into the local authorities as well as the BBB. Also they do not take the GasBuddy card and are advertising lower gas prices than what actually is unless you make a $3.00 purchase inside the shop which is also half a head shop. I went along with it this time as I needed something... Plus the attendant was unprofessional and argumentative when I pointed out the bad business practices. They only have a tiny sign not visible from the road (a main road in this city) stating the truth in order to further their con as well as the machines at the pump being unable to be paid at. I still got my gas there but will not be going back. It doesn't matter what race or nationality the family running it is. A con is a con is a con!

They have the lowest prices in town. The only catch is you have to go in and tell them how much gas (in dollars) you want to put into your tank. They will refund you if you don't fill up the full amount.
