I don't use the window so no idea on customer service, etc. Everything has always been fine during the 4 years I've been going to this Kroger and its gas station. I also shop at the Kroger in Fairfield. Gas at that Kroger station (it's separate from the store and is on the corner of Pleasant & Nilles) is almost always (could be always) more expensive by a nickel or more per gallon.

we live right down the street from Thorntons and we never have a problem, everyone is just so nice and they manage to. always make you have a smile when you leave. The fountain pop is always so refreshing and cold so if I could rate this store out of 5 I would give it a 6!
