super clean and new inside and out usually cheaper gas price because the new owner took over in April 2019

This is Ms Holiday expressing my greatest appreciation for Mr Eddie over at the 29801 West Nine Mile Shell station location. Inside-is sooo clean/pristine, bright & Well Organized. Outside-very clean, well-lit, with user-friendly pumps. it's my belief & observation that this is all due to Eddie. He did Not hesitate to explain the Shell Rewards (Alt ID) program AND walked me outside, in the cold, to demonstrate how to apply the rewards process at the pump. And when it was finished pumping he was already in route to Bring me my receipt-Wow...that's how attentive he was. Best customer service experience ever!! Please keep up the good work

Weird man who works who continues to hit on me knowing I'm only 17

I stopped 3 days ago when I realized I didn't have enough gas to get back to Brighton. AND they accepted Kroger gas points. The station was immaculate. And the owner even came out to the pump to help when he realized I was having difficulty using my points.

Thankful for the lightening and cleanliness.

Great station for anything you may need. Amazing inside store and they also accept Kroger fuel points!
