Shell in Oak Hill (1525 E Main St)

Restrooms were both out of order. No paper towels at any of the windshield washing pods. Good price for regular though.

This station needs help. The restrooms are out of service. The pump wouldn't take a card. We had problems using our shell reward points and a shell gift card. The cashier was of no help, the first transaction it allowed us to use our points and took money from the shell gift card. However it didn't complete the total transaction so we tried another transaction to use the remaining balance on our shell gift card. When using the gift card to complete the transaction, magically the gift card had a new balance of zero dollars. The original gift card amount was $50. The first transaction only took 28 cent from the gift card. The cashier was baffled and we ended up paying with a credit card inside. I would not recommend stopping at this station.

This station no longer exists- it’s been torn down

Last week was my first visit. I was uncertain how to use Kroger points. A lady with long brown hair came to the pump and very patiently stayed with me until I had completed my purchase. Thank you

Gas pumps are always out of receipt paper. I’m always needing to go inside to see clerk for my receipt.

Reasonable prices on merchandise for a convenience store

All gas pumps were out of service at 1pm today.

Credit card readers don't work, had to go to another station.

Pump handles are gross
