This is pretty much the only station I visit when in Flint

bad customer service and long lines.

This location seems to be short staffed. It’s an extremely busy station very clean and beautifully set up management might need some help here when I asked the manager a question they won’t even sure how to answer it so I left not being able to use a coupon and I’m quite surprised that was a first person to ever ask a question like this. Hopefully they get their act together.

Workers need to learn some Customer Service skills

One Coffee machine wasn't operable, another coffee machine was out of Caramel flavored coffee beans, the Cappuccino Machine- 2 different flavors threw out nothing but water, the International Delight Creamer Machine with French Vanilla, & Half & Half was completely out!! The Coffee Slush/Icey Machine- the French Vanilla side wasn't working at all. The parking lot near the curb had trash as well as trash up against the building with 2 milk crates. Dirty around the Coffee Machines & Creamer areas as well.

All gas pumps have a sign that they are out of service..
